安徽、新疆两地农村居民健康知识知晓情况及其影响因素

Status of health knowledge awareness and the influencing factors of the rural residents in 11 countries of Anhui and Xinjiang province

目的了解项目地区农村居民的健康知识知晓情况及其影响因素，以便采取有针对性的健康教育措施。方法在安徽和新疆的11个项目县中，采用多阶段抽样的方法对15～69岁居民进行面对面问卷调查。结果在项目县中，调查对象健康知识的平均得分为21．5分，50分及以上的人占全部调查人数的10．9％。地区因素、文化程度和婚姻状况与健康知识得分有统计学联系（P〈0．05）。健康知识的获得途径最主要的是广播电视录像，占49．1％。60．7％的调查对象的健康知识获得途径只有一种，文化程度越高，获得健康知识的途径越多。结论安徽和新疆农村居民的健康知识水平不高，要针对健康知识中的薄弱内容和重要的影响因素，在项目地区开展健康教育活动。

Objective To know about the health knowledge level and the influencing factors of the rural residents in 11 counfries of Anhui and Xinjiang province, in order to take effective health education measures. Methods Multistage sampling was used to select rural residents aged 15 -69 years and face to face interview was carried out. SPSS version 15.0 software was used to carry on the statistical analysis. Linear regression and correspondence analysis were used to analyze the data. Results In the project counties, the average score of the health knowledge was 21.5. 10. 9% subjects got the score above 50. Area, education level and marriage status were the influencing factors on the score of the health knowledge （ P 〈 0. 05）. Broadcast, TV and video were the main approaches to get the health knowledge, accounting for 49. 1%. 60. 7% rural residents only had one approaches to get the health knowledge. The higher the rural residence had educational level, the more they had approaches to get knowledge. Conclusion The health knowledge of the rural residents in Anhui and Xinjiang provinces is scarce and the pertinent health education should be carried out in these areas.
