摘要
为了解决细晶粒分子筛过滤跑损严重的问题,选用3种细晶粒的分子筛A,B和C分别在膜过滤系统、组合式转轮连续过滤机、蛇形槽连续过滤浓缩机和KLINKAU压滤机上进行了过滤实验。实验结果表明,一种分子筛物料仅在某种过滤技术中能取得最佳效果。该研究对新型过滤技术在细晶粒分子筛物料过滤过程中的应用进行了有益的探索,具有很好的实际意义。
In order to solve the problem of fine grain zeolite losing seriously in process of filtration, the zeolite of A, B and C were experimented in inorganic ceramic membrane filtration systems, composite gyration-wheels continuous filter, ophidian slot continuous filtration concentrator and KLINKAU press filter respectively. The results showed that one kind of the zeolite could achieve the best results only in a filtration technology. The research was an useful exploration to the new type of filtration technology about the fine grain zeolite in process of the applications with practical significance.
