摘要
在间歇搅拌釜式反应器中,以正丁基锂为引发剂、C为调节剂、环己烷为溶剂,采用阴离子聚合工艺合成了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),对其在高温下的聚合反应动力学进行了研究。研究结果表明:C对温度敏感性不强,是有效的高温SSBR聚合调节剂,能够显著加快聚合反应的速率。
The copolymerization reaction kinetics of solution styrene and butadiene rubber (SSBR) at high temperature was investigated with n-butyllithium (n-BuLi) as initiator, eyelohexane as solvent and a modifier in a batch agitated tank reactor. The results showed that the modifier was an efficient agent for SSBR copolymerization at high temperature, therefore the reaction rate accelerated remarkably.
