慢性阻塞性肺疾病属于中医"肺胀"、"喘证"、"痰饮"、"水气"等范畴,主要是痰瘀阻肺所致,发病主要与外邪侵袭,肺、脾、肾三脏失调密切相关。李素云教授强调需临证时分清标本缓急,辨明邪实正虚之主次、脏腑气血阴阳之偏虚,用药配伍严谨,疗效颇佳。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD） belongs to TCM categories of blood stasis -phlegm syndrome. It had relationship with the invasion of exogenous pathogenic qi and the functional disorder of lung, spleen and kidney, which was caused by the retention of phlegm and static blood in the lung. On the point of doing the clinic professor Li always draw a clear distinction between appearance and substance and degree of urgency ; justify syndrome of real excess with pseudo - deficiency and the deficiency of qi - blood and yin - yang, compatibility is compact, treatment effect can be acquired everytime.
