Metrological Analysis and Evaluation of Acupuncture-moxibustion Treatment for Constipation in Modern Literature

目的:回顾1956—2005年针灸文献,探索针灸治疗便秘用穴和治疗方法的规律。方法:根据《中国现代针灸信息数据库》数据,采用计量分析方法进行综合分析。结果:天枢、足三里、耳大肠、大肠俞应用频次为最,治疗方法以耳针疗法为最,针刺疗法次之,灸法再次之。结论:耳针、针刺疗法是治疗便秘的常用和有效方法;天枢、足三里可作为针灸治疗便秘基础方,并随症选穴。

Objective ：To review year 1956-2005 literature and explore point selection and methods for aeupuncture-moxibustion treatment of constipation. Methods ： A comprehensive analysis was made by a method of metrological analysis according to the data from ＂China modem aeupuncture-moxibustion information databank＂. Results： Tianshu, Zusanli, ear Large intestine and Daehangshu were the points most frequently used. As an acupuncture-moxibustion treatment for constipation, ear acupuncture ranked first, acupuncture second and moxibustion third. Conclusion：Ear acupuncture and acupuncture are common and effective ways to treat constipation. It is proposed to use Tianshu and Zusanli as a basic prescription for acupuneture-moxibustion treatment of constipation. Other points can be selected according to the syndrome.
