中医治疗急性白血病化疗所致发热疗效观察

Treatment of Acute Leukemia Chemotheraphy-induced Fever Through ZiYinJieDu Method

目的:观察中医滋阴解毒法治疗急性白血病化疗所致发热的疗效。方法:将68例随机分为两组,对照组给予地塞米松5mg静脉推注,每日1次,滋阴解毒法治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上根据邪实为主或正虚为主辨证治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率82.3%,对照组总有效率52.9%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:滋阴解毒法治疗急性白血病化疗所致的发热具有良好疗效。

Objective：The effects of ZiYinJieDu Method on treatment of Acute Leukemia Chemotberaphy- induced Fever. Methods ：68 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group intravenous injection of 5 mg dexamethasone everyday. The treatment group of ZiYinJieDu method based on the control group need to dialectical treatment according to the important one is XieShi or ZhengXu. Results ： On 34 patients of the treatment group ： The available patients is 5. The markedly effective patients is 11. The effective patients is 12. The invalid patients is 6. The total effective is 82. 3%. On 34 patients of the control group：The markedly effective patients is 8. The effective patients is 10. The invalid patients is 17. The total effective is 52. 9%. Conclusion：There will be a good effect on the treatment of acute leukemia ehemotheraphy - induced fever through ZiYinJieDu method.
