蠲痹灸治疗强直性脊柱炎50例

Curing Ankylosing Spondylitis by Juanbi Jiu

目的:观察蠲痹灸对强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:100例强直性脊柱炎随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片和沙立度胺;治疗组在对照组口服西药的基础上加蠲痹灸。结果:治疗组总有效率96%,对照组80%,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗的基础上加蠲痹灸对强直性脊柱炎有较好疗效。

Objective：To survey the clinical curative effect of j uanbi jiu （JBJ）to cure ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：The 100 samples of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group 50 samples each between January 2005 and December 2007. The control group taking Sulfasalazine and Thalidomide orally,incontrast, the treatment group add JBJ to the control group beside orally using the medicine. Results ： The rate of treatment group curative validity is 96%, and the rate of control group curative validity is 81%, two groups＇differences have distinguishable meaning. Conclusion：To use JBJ with western medicine has better curative effect than use western medicine only in curing ankylosing spondylitis.
