复方木鸡颗粒治疗乙肝肝纤维化疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Compound Mujj Granules in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with Hepatic Fibrosis

目的:观察复方木鸡颗粒治疗乙肝肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将126例伴血清肝纤维化指标异常的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,前者给予复方木鸡颗粒治疗,后者给予大黄虫丸治疗,两组疗程均为6个月。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后血清肝纤维化指标和甲胎蛋白明显下降(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为82.4%、60%(P<0.05);治疗半年,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为89.7%、66.7%(P<0.05)。结论:复方木鸡颗粒有较好的抗肝纤维化、降低甲胎蛋白和改善肝功能作用。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Compound Muji Granules in treating chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis. Methods ：126 cases of chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Compound Muji Granules while the control group was treated only with Rhubarb and Eupolyphaga Pellet each for a treatment course of six months. Results ： In the treatment group the serologic parameters of hepatic fibrosis and AFP declined significantly after treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There were significant difiefences compared with the control group（P 〈0. 05）. The overall efficacy rates in the treatment group and the control group were 82.4% and 60% （ P 〈 0.05） respectively. At the end of six months, the overall efficacy rates in the two groups were 89.7% and 66. 7% （ P 〈 0.05 ） respectively. Conclusion ：Compound Muji Granules could resist hepatic fibrosis, decrease AFP and improve the hepatic function in chronic hepatitis B patients obviously.
