小陷胸汤配伍左金丸治疗反流性食管炎的药效学研究

Research of Pharmacodynamics of Xiaoxuanxiong Decoction with Zuojinwan Curing Reflux Esophagitis

目的:观察小陷胸汤配伍左金丸对酸性反流性食管炎大鼠的疗效。方法:通过观察大鼠食管下段组织病理切片,观测鳞状上皮厚度、基底细胞厚度、中性粒细胞浸润程度,进行小陷胸汤配伍左金丸对酸性反流性食管炎大鼠的药效学研究。结果:鳞状上皮厚度:合方大、中剂量组与伪手术组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);乳头厚度:合方大剂量组与伪手术比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);基底细胞:各治疗组与模型组比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);中性白细胞:各组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:合方对反流性食管炎大鼠的鳞状上皮厚度、黏膜固有层乳头厚度、基底细胞厚度有明显的改善作用,能有效的治疗大鼠反流性食管炎,且其疗效优于单方治疗组;小陷胸汤合左金丸的大剂量组治疗大鼠反流性食管炎的疗效优于西药组。

Objective：To observe the Pharmacodynamics of Xiaoxuanxiong Decoction with Zuojinwan curing Acid reflux esophagitis. Methods：Copying the animal models of acid reflux esophagitis and making the pathological slice of lower esophagus, we will observe squamous epithelium cell thickness, nipple membrane layer thickness, basal cell thickness and neutrophil infiltration, and study the pharmacodynamics of Xiaoxuanxiong decoction with Zuojinwan curing reflux esophagitis rats. Results：Compared compounds with large, mid-dose group with the sham-operated group, their epithelial thickness has no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05） ,including nipple membrane layer thickness （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Reflux esophagitis were observed in rats treated with the model group has enormous significant difference（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, showing they can reduce the basal cell thickness. Among the groups, their neutrophils infiltration has no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：The test certificated two prescription compounds is effective to cure reflux esophagitis. It has the marked improvement effect on squamous cell thickness,nipple membrane layer thickness and basal cell, and the curative effect is better than single prescription group. The large - dose group of Xiaoxuanxiong Decoction with Zuojinwan is superior to western medicine on curing reflux esophagitis.
