喻氏针药结合法治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床观察

YU′s Methods of Combination of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

目的:探索中药与针刺相结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的新方法。方法:对32例患者采用中药内服与毫针针刺结合进行治疗,观察中药联合针刺对慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。结果:针刺3个疗程,中药内服2个疗程后,32例患者中,临床痊愈10例(31.25%),显效11例(34.38%),有效8例(25%),无效3例(9.38%),总有效率90.63%。并能明显减轻前列腺炎疼痛与不适排尿症状,降低前列腺液白细胞及增加卵磷脂小体。结论:喻氏针药结合法是治疗慢性前列腺炎行之有效的独特方法,值得推广应用。

Objective：To search for a new treatment of Chronic prostatifis trough the combination of acupuncture and Chinese Material Medica（CMM）. Methods：In this study,32 patients received treatment with both CMM and acupuncture, and studied the curative effect. Results ： After three course of therapy of acupuncture and two course of treatment of CMM, among 32 patients, 10 （31.25%） patients fully recovered, 11 （ 34. 38% ） patients are excellence, 8 （ 25% ） patients are treated effectively, and 3 （ 9. 38% ） patients are treated ineffectively. The total effective rate is 90. 63 percent. It is also observed that the prostatitis pain and urination complaint is relieved obviously while the WBC in liquor prostaticus is decreased, and the lecithin lipophore is increased. Conclusion：The YU combined treatment with both CMM and acupuncture is an effective method of treating chronic prostatitis, which is worth generalizing application.
