人的全面发展是马克思关于未来社会发展目标的设想,指人的能力、需要、社会关系和个性等方面的发展。人的全面发展与社会主义和谐社会的构建相互依赖、相互促进、相辅相成,二者在理论与实践上具有高度的统一性。在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,要把二者有机地结合起来,从全面提高人们的能力素质、引导人们的合理需要、拓展人们的社会关系以及塑造人们的优良个性等方面入手,促进人的全面发展,实现社会的和谐发展。

The overall development of human being is on the future of social development goals envisaged by Marx, which refers to the development of capacity, needs, personality and social relations. The overall development of human being and the construction of socialist harmonious society interdepend and mutually reinforce, both in theory and practice to a high degree of uniformity. In the course of the construction of the socialist harmonious society we should combine the two points, improve the quality of people＇s ability, guide people＇s reasonable needs, expand people＇s social relations and shape people＇s good character in order to promote the overall development of human being and realize the harmonious development of society.
