摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定六味地黄丸(浓缩丸)中丹皮酚的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相;检测波长为274nm;流速0.8ml/min;柱温:室温。结果:丹皮酚含量在8.4～33.6μg/ml范围内具有良好线性关系,r=0.99999,平均加样回收率为99.32%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。结论:结果表明,该方法方便快捷、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。
Objectives： To determine Deonol Contert in Liuweidihuang Pill HPLC. Method： 18 alkyl silane bonded silica to fill in the blank;methanol-water （70：30）for the mobile phase detection at 274nm; flow rate：0. 8ml/min ; column：room temperature. Result： paeonol content of 8.4-33.6μg/ml within the framework of a linear, r=0. 99999, average recovery of 99. 32%, RSD=1. 2%（n=9）. Conclusion： The results show that the convenient and fast, accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
