摘要 椎体成形术是近年用于治疗椎体压缩性骨折的一种主要方法,以其创伤小、操作简便、治疗效果好等优点而著称。随着临床应用的增多,对其的研究也在不断深入,其中对人体尤其是脊柱的生物力学影响是研究的一个主要方面。本文对椎体成形术在人体生物力学方面的研究作一综述。 Vertebroplasty is the main method of treating vertebral compression fractures in recent years, it has many advantages such as small incision, handy operation, good clinical effects, etc. As the increase of the clinical use of this operation, basic researches are deeply carried out by days, one part of which is the biomechanical effects to the spine. This artical summarize the research of vertebroplasty in human body biomechanics. Conclusion: Vertebroplasty;Biomechanics;Review
