制备吲哚美辛β-环糊精包合物考察其有关性质。方法:采用共沉淀法制备吲哚美辛β-环糊精包合物。结果:采用显微镜法和红外光谱法进行鉴定,表明吲哚美辛与β-环糊精确已形成包合物,含量测定证明包合物主、客分子比为1:1。结论:吲哚美辛β-环糊精包合成功,明显提高吲哚美辛的溶解度、溶出速度。

Objective： To prepare the inclusion compound of indometacin - β-cyclodextrin （β-CD）and investigate its properties. Methods： The inclusion compound of indometacin β-CD was prepared by the co-precipetation method. Results： The inclusion compound of β-CD was confirmed by microsvope and IR, the content analysis of the inclusion compound showed that the molecular ratio of indometacin to β-CD was 1：1. Conclusion： indometacin-β-cyclodextrin （β-CD）was succeeded. The soluability and dissolution rate were increased.
