崇明县2007年水痘流行情况

Prevalence of Varicella in ChongMing County in 2007

目的了解2007年崇明县水痘疫情流行特征,为科学防控水痘提供科学依据。方法采用"国家疾病报告管理信息系统"报告数据,应用描述流行病学方法对2007年崇明县水痘疫情进行分析。结果2007年崇明县共报告水痘498例,年报告发病率为71.44/10万;全年报告病例数以1月和5、6月较多,9、10月较少;全县17个乡镇城桥镇发病率最高;发病年龄主要集中在5～19岁,职业构成以学生为主,男女发病性别比为1.34∶1。结论目前,水痘已成为危害该县学生身体健康、影响学校正常教学秩序主要公共卫生问题。

[ Objective] To understand the epidemic features of varicella in Chongming county in 2007, and provide scientific evidence for varicella control. [ Methods] Data of ＂China disease report management information system＂ were used, the epidemic features of varicella in Chongming county in 2007 was analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method. [ Results ] 498 cases of varieella were reported, the annual incidence was 71.44/100 000. The number of cases in annual report was more in January, May and June, less in September and October. Chengqiao county had the highest incidence in all 17 villages and towns. Varieella concentrated in the age of 5 to 19-year-old, taking students as the major occupational structure, the incidence ratio of male to female was 1.34： 1. [ Conclusion] At present, varicella has become the major public health problem that endangers the health of students in the county and has a negative effect on the normal order of teaching.
