宿迁市艾滋病检测网络实验室建设及质量控制现状

Construction of AIDS Testing Network Laboratory and Its Quality Control in Suqian City

目的掌握目前宿迁市艾滋病检测筛查实验室建设及质量控制现状,为更好地完善检测网络和进行艾滋病监测。方法采用问卷调查和现场调查相结合的方法,对宿迁市14家艾滋病网络实验室的基本建设、生物安全及质量控制情况进行调查。结果宿迁市艾滋病网络实验室内仪器设备比较齐全,但只8家拥有Ⅱ级生物安全柜,其余采用柜式操作台进行检验。100%的实验室在检测工作中使用外部对照进行质量控制。实验室工作运行情况良好,建设符合要求。结论艾滋病网络建设需要进一步加强,实验室检测人员质量控制观念和生物安全意识需要提高。

[ Objective] To understand the construction of AIDS testing network laboratory and its quality control in Suqian City, so as to improve the network and conduct AIDS surveillance. [ Methods] Questionnaire survey and on-site investigation method were adopted to conduct survey on infrastructure, bio-safety and quality control of 14 AIDS network laboratories. [ Results] Equipment in AIDS network laboratory of Suqian City was relatively complete, but only 8 units had biological safety level Ⅱ cabinet, the rest used console cabinet to conduct test. A hundred percent of the laboratory used external control as quality control. Laboratories were operating well, and accorded with the requirements of the building. [ Conclusion ] AIDS network construction needs to be further strengthened, and the concept of quality control and bio-safety awareness in laboratory staff need to be improved.
