摘要
黑水河为金沙江左岸的一级支流,地处川西南山地,该沟曾发生过严重的泥石流灾害,泥石流直接威胁沟口公路、村庄、桥梁等的安全。通过对黑水河流域地质、地貌、气候等自然环境条件的分析,表明黑水河具备泥石流形成的条件。根据野外实地考察和取样分析,确定黑水河泥石流性质为粘性泥石流,重度为2.0~2.2t/m^3,并总结出黑水河泥石流具有活动频率低、规模大、危害严重的活动特征。在此基础上,提出了以稳、拦、排等工程措施为主,结合造林、改善流域生态环境、预警预报为辅的综合治理方案。
Heishui gully is drainage area of 30.2 km^2 one of the firsl tributaries in the lower reaches of Jinsha River in Siehuan province. It has a , and a total length of 11.62 km. The gully has been burst great debris flow. The debris flow directly threatens the mad, village and bridge in the deposition area. Through analyzing the geology, landform, climate condition, we can get the result that the nature conditions are favorable for the burst of debris flow. Based on the field investigation and debris flow sample, the property of the gully is determined as viscous debris flow, and the density is between 2.0 t/m^3 to 2.2 t/m^3 . The major characteristics of debris flow include low frequency, large scale and great damage. Based on the these characteristics, we put forward the scheme of debris flow in the gully.
