基于单片机的油管试压系统研究

摘要 油管是采油系统中的重要设备,本文根据API标准要求并考虑油管生产厂普遍使用的油管试压装置和过程,选择以单片机为核心开发了用于油管试压的自动监控系统。该自动监控系统设计包括系统硬件设计和系统软件设计。实践证明,该系统不仅自动化程度高、运行稳定可靠,而且具有操作简单和显示直观等特点。 The tubing is the important connection facility in the oil extracting system, according to the API standard requirements and in consideration the widely used tubing pressure testing device and process by tubing manufacturers, the automatic monitoring system for tubing pressure testing is developed with the single-chip microprocessor as its core which includes the hardware and software designs. Experiments have proved that this system is not only characterized by high automation, stability and running reliability, but also by simple operation and direct display.
