摘要
结合数控仿形加工的基本原理,建立了数控仿形控制的数学模型,提出了一种仿形加工过切补偿的改进算法,有效地克服了异形曲面仿形加工过程中的过切和机床颤震。
A mathematic model of profiling control algorithm is built based on the fundamental principle of CNC profiling processing, and then an over-cut compensation algorithm ofCNC profiling processing is presented. It can overcome quiver and over-cut in complex surface profiling processing.
