摘要
PROTOS80卷接机在实际生产中的废品率高于内控指标,通过实测数据分析,确认是由于针辊供丝传动装置中的皮带轮等零件工作磨损造成精度降低,难以保持设定转速,引起烟支重量波动大、启动和停机时出现烟丝跑空或阻塞,造成废品率偏高。本文采用独立的交流变频调速系统取代原机组SE主传动带动针辊模式,大大提高了系统运行的准确度和稳定性。该方案对PRO-TOS系列机型改造具有参考价值。
The waste rate of PROTOS80 in actual production is higher than the internal controlled target. The analysis data shows that it is due to the abrasion of the parts in needle roller driving system. The abrasion will lower the precision of the driving system, and make it hard to keep the setting speed. This will cause unstable weight of cigarettes, more empty or block tobacco while start or stop the machine, which means higher waste rate. This can be solved by using AC variable frequency speed control system in needle roller driving system and modify relevant devices. It will greatly improve the accuracy and stability of the system; furthermore, easy maintenance. The solution can be promoted to other PROTOS series machine valuably.
