Based on a sum-up of practical experience in the preventive experiments in transformer substation and an analysis of the problems existing in the experiments, the article explores the influence that such problems have on the result of the experiments. Thus prescriptions for these problems have been put forward to provide reference for electricians to make true judgment in time on the operation state of the electrical installation. Therefore it is very important for arranging the overhaul, finding out problems, avoiding accidents and making sure that the electrical installation works safely.
