都市圈创新体系是区域创新体系的一种具体形式,是一种高效的创新系统。都市圈创新系统的框架内不仅包含了企业自主创新的子系统,还包括教育子系统、财政与金融子系统、公共研究与发展子系统、政府调节子系统等。都市圈的形成与发展促进了都市圈创新系统各项子系统的全面发展,从而促进都市圈创新效应的发挥。
Metropolitan area innovation system is a special and efficient type of regional innovation system. It includes several sub -systems, such as enterprise innovation system, education system, fiscal and finance system, public R＆D system and government control system. The development of metropolitan area will accelerate the development of the sub - systems and further enhance the effect of its innovation system.
