摘要 文献梳理的基础上,主要从人力资源管理系统的概念、构成、测量、人力资源管理系统和组织绩效关系等方面对国内外相关研究进行评述,并指出该领域未来研究方向和侧重点。 This paper reviews and comments on the previous studies in aspect of conception, structure, measurement, and relationship between human resource management system and organizational performance. Then it puts forward the direction and the emphasis points of the need for the future researches.
