摘要
现实生活中,当发生紧急事件时,应急中心需要对某地需要服务的紧急事件出车.由于交通管理、交通流量、天气变化等因素的影响,导致了路网中各个路段上的行驶时间可能是一个与出发时间相关的随机变量.基于这样的路网,建立了随机时变网络下应急路径选择模型,并设计了求解算法.最后给出了一个应用算例.
In the real life, the emergency departments want to schedule vehicles for the emergency accident. The travel time is time-varying and stochastic in the transportation with different departure time because of the effects of transportation flow, weather and transportation management. The paper developes a model for the stochastic and time-varying emergency path problem and gives an algo-rithm for it. And then, the complexity of the algorithm is discussed. At last, an applied case is given to illustrate the algorithm.
