摘要
整体护理作为一种新型的护理模式已在全国试点医院试行,并已取得了一些成效。该院在美国护理专家的指导下,按照系统化整体护理的要求,在全院铺开。文章介绍了浙江医科大学邵逸夫医院以病人为中心,全面开展系统化整体护理的做法和体会。
Shao Yifu Hospital of Zhejiang Medical University describes their experience and practice as one of the pilot units for trial implementation of overall nursing system, including: the goals, shape, pace, and professional character of the reform initiative; methodology for developing standards in specialized nursing areas through summarising their work and absorbing advanced expertises of other countries; organization of daily work by which every member has clear tasks, knowing the detail of how, when, where ad what for; development of patient-centered quality improvement measures; and cultural and vocational education and training through which their services become efficient while total service items are expanded to satisfy increasing health care demands.
