情绪稳定和言语推理能力对就业型创业者胜任水平的影响

The Effect of Emotional Stability and Verbal Reasoning Ability on Successful Entrepreneurial Performance

本研究选取了193名就业型创业者,采用多元回归的数据分析方法,探索了情绪稳定性和言语推理能力对创业胜任水平的影响,并进一步探讨了二者的交互作用。研究结果表明情绪稳定性和言语推理能力对创业者的胜任水平具有显著的正向关系,同时二者对创业者的胜任水平具有显著的交互作用。

This study, with 193 entrepreneurs, explored the effects on emotional stability and verbal reasoning ability to competence of entrepreneurs, using multiple regression analysis. This article also studied the interaction effects between the two factors. The results showed that verbal reasoning ability had a positive relationship with the auditor＇s appraisal score of the entrepreneur＇s competence. Meanwhile the two factors had a significant interaction effects to competence of entrepreneur. Finally we discussed the applying value and shortcomings of this research.
