摘要 目的:探讨辽东楤木叶总皂苷(ETS)对急性肝损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法:ETS按50~300mg·kg^-1口服给药,连续5天,观察对四氯化碳、D-半乳糖胺、硫代乙酰胺所致急性肝损伤而引起的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)升高的作用。结果:ETS对四氯化碳、D-半乳糖胺所致急性肝损伤而引起的ALT和GOT升高具有明显的降低作用,而对硫代乙酰胺所致的ALT:GOT升高作用不明显。结论:ETS保护肝损伤作用机理是通过肝细胞内酶系统的诱导作用,从而使肝细胞的核酸、蛋白质、糖原的合成及能量的合成增加,保护肝细胞膜的正常结构而起到保护肝损伤的作用。 objective: To discuss aralia elate seem leaf total saponin's protection and its mechanism of action on anti-acute hepatic injury.Methods:In this experiment,the model mice were given ETS 50-300mg/kg orally,continue to take medicine for 5 days.To observe ETS′effects on ascension of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT)in acute hepatic injury in resulted of Carbon Tetrachloride,D-aminogalactose,thioacetamide.Results:The results show that:ETS possess conspicuous descented effects on ascension ofALT and GOT in acute hepatic injury in resulted of Carbon Tetrachloride,D-aminogalactose,but its unconspicuous effects on ascension of ALT and GOT in acute hepatic injury in resulted of thioacetamide.Conclusion:ETS's mechanism of action of protected role on Hepatic injury is by means of entrainment of intra-hepatic cell enzymatic system to implement,accordingly it make hepatocellular nucleic acid,protein,glucogen and energy′s synthesis increasing,protect normal constitution of hepatic cell envelope to educe protected role on Hepatic injury.
