摘要
讨论了科技直接产出指标的结构图,应用AHP法计算判断矩阵的权重向量;设计了科技产出指数,科技活动产出效率评价方案,并用此方案评价了浙江省科技产出经费效率、人员效率。
This paper discussed the targets of target system,computed its important by the analytic hierarch process, Designed the directly output efficiency index of Science and Technology and the target method on evaluation system, which are used in preliminary evaluations on the output efficiency about Zhejiang Province Based on collect and analysis datum.
