手术治疗高血压脑出血病人的护理

The Nursing on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Surgical Treatment

目的评估高血压脑出血患者术前术后的护理效果。方法对49例高血压脑出血患者采取手术治疗,术前做好密切的病情观察,术后加强各种管道的护理,积极防治各种并发症,并给予康复护理和出院指导。结果术后存活46例,死亡3例。获随访42例,良好19例;中残但生活能自理12例;重残、意识清醒,但生活不能自理5例;植物生存3例;死亡3例。即优良比例31/42,占73.8%。结论高血压脑出血经微创手术治疗术后护理非常关键。良好的护理将使治疗达到良好的效果。

To study the nursing effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients before and after operation. [ Methotis] 49 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by surgery with strict preoperative observation and the postoperative care of various ducts. The prevention and treatment of complications had been given attention. The patients were given rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance. [ Results] After operation, there were 46 survival cases and 3 death cases. Among 42 follow-up ca- ses, 19 cases were good; 12 cases were moderate disability with life-independent; 5 cases were severe disability with consciousness recovery but life-dependent; 3 cases were in persistent vegetative status; 3 cases died. The good proportion was 31/42（ 73.8% ）. [ Conclusion] The postoperative care is the key of minimally invasive surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The careful nursing can make better therapeutic effect.
