本文从新加坡医院感染管理的一般工作着手，重点介绍了在预防医院感染的这一环节上实施全方位隔离预防技术的情况，包括了体内物质隔离法和类目隔离法的具体措施，如洗手、隔离室、手套、塑料围裙、锐利刀片收集盒、污物袋等７种方法及严格隔离、接触隔离、呼吸道隔离、结核病隔离、肠道隔离等７类隔离法，同时说明了全方位隔离预防技术应用的目的及笔者对加大力度重视医院内感染预防这一环节的看法。
