摘要 目的分析RUNX3蛋白在瘢痕疙瘩不同病理部位表达差异,以探讨瘢痕疙瘩呈浸润性生长的机理。方法取手术切除的瘢痕疙瘩组织及正常皮肤各16例为标本,对16例瘢痕疙瘩组织和正常皮肤行RUNX3蛋白免疫组织化学染色,比较瘢痕疙瘩浸润部、增生部、老化部和正常皮肤RUNX3蛋白表达差异。结果RUNX3指数表达在瘢痕疙瘩浸润部明显低于增生部、老化部和正常皮肤(P<0.05),在瘢痕疙瘩增生部明显低于老化部和正常皮肤(P<0.05),在瘢痕疙瘩老化部和正常皮肤间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论瘢痕疙瘩不同病理部位RUNX3的表达差异可能是导致瘢痕疙瘩呈浸润性生长的机理之一。 Objective To explore the aggressive growth characteristics in invasive, proliferative, aged parts of keloid for analysis the RUNX3 index. Methods Analysis of RUNX3 index of difference parts in keloids and normal skin was explored using immunohistoehemistry method in patient with fibroblasts of 16 keloids cases and 16 normal skin cases. Results The RUNX3 index of invasive parts in keloids were lower than that of proliferative, aged parts of keloid and normal skin ( P 〈 0.05 ). The RUNX3 index of proliferative parts in keloids was lower than that of aged parts of keloid and normal skin ( P 〈 0.05). But there was no sigificant deference between the aged parts of keloid and the normal skin ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The difference in distributions of RUNX3 index may be one of the mechanisms accounting for the aggressive growth of keloid.
