摘要 对微核技术的研究进展进行了综述,主要从影响微核产生的因素(包括自发因素、化学诱变剂、抗氧化因子缺乏、放射线和磁场)、微核试验技术的发展以及微核试验的应用几个方面进行了阐述。 The research progresses on mieronucleus technology were reviewed. The influencing factors of the micrenucleus formation ( including autogenic factors, chemical mutagens, the absence of anti-oxidant, radioactive rays and magnetic field), the development of mierenucleus assay technique and the application of micronueleus assay were expounded.
