上海城市绿地防灾避难功能研究

Research on the Function of Urban Green Space for Preventing Disasters and Asylum in Shanghai

在现有上海城市绿地系统规划基础上,着重论述城市绿地对部分城市灾害的防灾减灾作用,结合上海城市绿地系统在防灾避难方面的作用,探讨了城市绿地的防灾避难功能,提出加强城市绿地防灾避难功能的措施,为城市防灾减灾体系建设提供规划和决策参考。

Based on the current planning of urban green space system in Shanghai, the disaster proof and asylum function of urban green space on some urban disasters were emphatieally dissertated. Combining with the disaster proof and asylum function of urban green space in Shanghai on some urban disasters, the disaster fimetion of urban green space was discussed. The eotmtermeasures of strengthening the proof and asylum function of urban green space were put forward to provide the planning and decision - making reference for constructing the urban disaster proof and reduction system.
