摘要
[目的]监测聊城周边地区猪圆环病毒病的感染和流行情况。[方法]以山东省聊城周边地区的7个养猪场的222份血清为材料,应用ELISA方法配合流行病学调查,检测猪圆环病毒抗体水平。[结果]检测发现7个养猪场的猪群都感染过猪圆环病毒,抗体阳性率在33.3%~83.3%。发病猪群都为5~10周龄的保育仔猪。猪群在断奶后1周左右,出现进行性消瘦,生长迟缓,采食量下降,被毛粗乱,精神差。剖检病变主要表现为发病猪和死亡猪全身淋巴结水肿,发黄,肾脏水肿,肺脏肿大,质地变硬。该疾病初步定为由PCV-2感染所致的猪断奶后多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)。[结论]该研究为制定猪圆环病毒病的综合防制措施奠定了基础。
[Objective] The aim was to monitor the infection and epidemic situation of the porcinc circovirus disease in the area around Liaocheng. [Method] With 222 serums from7 pig farms in the area around Liaocheng in Shandong Province as materials, the ELISA method was combined with the epidemiology survey to detect the antibody level of the porcine eircovirus. [Result] The detection showed that the swinery in the 7 pig farms had been infected by the porcine circovims and the antibody positive rates were between 33.3% and 83.3%. The diseased swinery were all conservation piglets of 5 - 10 weeks old. After being weaned for about 1 week, the swinery showed progressive emaeiatian, slow growth, declining food intake, irregular hair coat and poor spirit.The autopsy lesions minly showed that all the lymph of the diseased pigs and died pigs were edema and yellow, their kidneys were odema, the burgs were inttuneseence and their textures became stiffened. The disease was preliminarily identified as PMWS induced by the PCV-2 infection. [Conclusion] The researeh laid the basis for establishing the comprehensive control measures for poreine eircovirus disease.
