鸽瘟油乳剂灭活疫苗的研制

Development of an Oil-emulsion Inactivated Vaccine against Pigeon Paramyxovirus Disease

[目的]为了有效控制鸽瘟的发生。[方法]利用分离到的鸽I型副粘病毒研制了油乳剂灭活疫苗。[结果]该疫苗使用安全,无不良反应;疫苗注射后1周就可检测到HI抗体,3周后HI抗体水平达到高峰,并可持续6个月;从免疫保护试验看,免疫后14 d,用强毒攻击,保护率达100%,而对照组,10只鸽全部死亡。[结论]应用鸽瘟油乳剂灭活疫苗能有效预防鸽瘟,且比使用鸡新城疫疫苗效果更好。

[Objective] The research aimed to control the infection of pigeon paramyxovims disease effectively. [Method] The isolated pigeon paramyxovirus I - type strain was used to develop the oil - emulsion inactivated vaccine. [Result] The vaccine was safe for use, without adverse reaction. HI antibodies against the vires were detected after vaccine injection one week. And HI antibody level reached the maximum after three weeks and lasted for six months. From the immune protection test, the pigeon were immunized after 14 d and the protection rate against strong vires reached 100%. However, ten pigeons all died in control group. [Conelusion] The application of oil- emulsion inactivated vaccine against pigeon paramyxovirus disease could prevent the pigeon paramyxovims disease effectively and its effect was better than chicken newcastle disease.
