内皮细胞蛋白C受体在狼疮性肾炎患者血浆中的表达及意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨内皮细胞蛋白C受体(EPCR)表达在狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者发生、发展中的作用。方法采用ELISA和RT-PCR技术分别对38例LN患者(LN组)和20例健康献血者(对照组)血浆可溶性EPCR(sEPCR)水平及外周循环sEPCRmRNA表达进行检测。结果LN组外周血sEPCR蛋白及sEPCRmRNA表达水平均显著高于对照组,且并感染者显著高于无感染者。结论sEPCR不仅在LN发病中起重要作用,且与其并发严重感染密切相关;循环系统sEPCR水平升高不仅是早期发现LN的标志物之一,而且持续增高也预示并发严重感染的可能。
