摘要
[目的]分析中国主产烟区烤烟品质的差异性。[方法]根据全国范围内的取样分析结果,全面比较云南、福建、湖南、贵州、河南、山东6大主产烟区烤烟糖类物质、含氮类物质、无机成分和烟气成分含量以及吸食品质之间的差异性。[结果]结果表明,不同地区烟叶品质差异显著,但不同品质要素、不同等级间差异并不一致。具体表现为:糖类物质含量差异显著,其中,不同地区同等级间总糖含量差异大于还原糖含量差异;蛋白质含量差异显著,但总氮、烟碱、挥发碱含量差异不显著;钾、氯、钙和镁等无机物质含量差异显著,且钾和钙含量的差异大于镁和氯;烟气成分,如烟气烟碱、香气质、杂气和刺激性等有极显著差异,但香气量差异不显著。[结论]综合各种主要化学成分含量和品质要素表现,各主产烟区烟叶品质特征明显。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the leaf quality difference of flue-cured tobacco among China main tobacco production regions. [ Method] Based on the analysis results of flue-cured tobacco leaf samples selected from 6 main tobacco producing regions, including Yannan, Fujian, Hunan, Guizhou, Henan and Shandong, the paper discussed their differences by comparing the contents of major chemical components, such as saccharide, ni- trogenous, inorganic and smoke compounds, and smoking evaluation figures. [ Result ] The results showed that there were significant differences in quality characteristics of leaves of various regions, but the differences were not consistent among quality characters and different grades. The saecharide, protein, K2O, Cl, Mg contents of various regions had significant differences. The smoke compounds, such as smoke nicotine, aroma quality, odd flavor, irritation and so on of various regions had most significant differences. But the total nitrogen, nicotine and volatile content and the aroma quantity of various regions had no significant differences. [Conclusion] The leaf quality characteristics of various regions are evidence, considering their main chemical components and other quality elements.
