摘要
[目的]探讨不同贮藏条件下,橡胶树种子的膜透性对其发芽率的影响。[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验设计,通过连续测定不同贮藏条件下种子的电导率、含水量和发芽率,研究橡胶树种子的膜透性对其发芽率的影响。[结果]不同处理水平对电解质外渗的增幅作用为温度:27℃>17℃>22℃、湿度:75%>85%>95%、包膜度:55%>95%>75%。种子贮藏到第2个月时,处理组合27℃+95%+95%2、2℃+95%+75%2、2℃+75%+95%1、7℃+95%+55%(依次为温度、湿度、包膜度)的种子含水量分别为17.08%、17.33%、17.61%和13.18%。种子贮藏到第3个月时,处理组合22℃+95%+75%的发芽率最高,为10%。[结论]温度为22℃,湿度为95%,包膜度为75%时,在贮藏过程中橡胶树种子的电导率增幅最小、内含物消耗速率与种子呼吸速率适宜。
[Objective] The purpose of the researeh was to discuss the effects of membrane penneability of Hevea brasiliensis seeds on their gemainatiou rates under different storage conditions. [ Method ]L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal experimental design was used and the effects of membrane permeability of H. brasiliensis seeds on their germination rates were researched through continuously determining their eouductivities,water contents and germination rates under different storage conditions. [ Result] The increasing effects of different treatment levels on the leakage of electrolyte were as follows: 27 ℃ 〉 17 ℃ 〉 22 ℃,75% 〉 85% 〉 95% (humidity) and 55% 〉 95% 〉 75% (coating thickness).The water contents in the seeds stored for 1 month were 17.08%, 17.33%,17.61% and 13.18% resp.in treatment combinations 27 ℃ +95% +95%,22 ℃ +95% +75%,22 ℃ +75% +95% and 17 ℃+95% + 55% (being temperature,humidity and coating thickness in sequence). The germination rate of the seeds stored for 2 months was 10% in treatment combination 22 ℃ + 95 % + 75 %, which was highest. [ Conclusion] When the temperature was 22℃, humidity was 95 % and coating thickness was 75 %, the increment in the conductivity of H. brasiliensis seeds was least; both the consuming rates of their organic ingredients and their respiratory rates were suitable.
