摘要
蚕蛹蛋白是一种优质纯天然全价蛋白质,因特殊气味、颜色等限制了其进一步开发与利用。主要对蚕蛹蛋白在脱脂、脱色、除臭及医药方面的研究进展进行了综述,希望能为蚕蛹蛋白的进一步研究开发提供参考信息。
Protein from silkworm chrysalis is a kind of high-quality full-price natural protein. But its further development and utilization are limited because of its special odor and color. The research progresses on the protein from silkworm chrysalis were summarized from the degreasing, decolorization, deodorization and medical aspects. The research might provide reference information for further research and development of pupa protein.
