农村居民点用地潜力的挖掘是实现耕地总量动态平衡的重要途径。在分析我国农村居民点用地挖潜方式及枝江市农村居民点现实情况的基础上,为枝江市农村居民点选择了依托原有优势居民点进行中心村建设的用地潜力挖掘方式。

The potential of land use in rural residence was an important approach for realizing the dynamic balance of gross arable land. Based on analyzing the tapping potential ways of rural residence in China and the actuality situations of rttral residence in Zhijiang City, the land potential digging ways of central village construction relaying on the original superior residence were selected for the nural residence in Zhijiang City.
