德州市农村居民点用地整理和模式分析研究

Study on the Land Consolidation of Rural Residential Areas in Dezhou City and Its Model Analysis

目前,农村居民点用地整理已经成为我国土地管理中的热门话题,也是社会广泛关注的问题。根据全国各地开展农村居民点用地整理的实践经验,在分析农村居民点用地整理影响因素的基础上,从资金筹集、组织领导、具体操作等方面总结了农村居民点用地整理的模式,并对德州市不同农村地区的适宜模式进行了初步归类和总结。

At present, the land consolidation of rural residential areas has become a hot topic of land administration in China. And the problem has been paid more attentions in the society. According to the practical experience of land consolidation of natal residential areas in each region of China, based on analyzing the influencing factors of land consolidation of rural residential areas, the land consolidation models of rural residential areas were summarized from the aspects such as fund raising,organizing and leading and concrete operations. And the suitable model of different rural areas in Dezhou City was preliminarily classified and summarized.
