摘要
[目的]研究惠州西湖捕鱼前后浮游植物群落的变化。[方法]于2007年6月8~28日对惠州西湖中的南湖进行鱼类全面清除,采集浮游植物样品进行鉴定和计数。[结果]结果表明,在捕鱼前后,浮游植物的细胞密度和生物量变化显著。[结论]在热带浅水湖泊中,鱼类可以直接和间接地影响浮游植物群落结构,但无法显著降低浮游植物生物量。
[ Objective ]The research aimed to study the changes in phytoplankton communities after fish removal of Huizhou West Lake. [ Method]Fish removal was carried out in June of 2007, in Huizhou West Lake. Phytoplankton was collected to identify and count. [ Result]The results showed that there were significant changes in algal cell densities and biomass. [Conclusion]The present study suggested that fish significantly affected phytoplankton community, but was not able to reduce phytoplankton biomass in tropical shallow lakes.
