基于可拓方法的区域农产品质量安全评估

Regional Agro-product Quality Security Assessment Based on Extension Method

针对当前我国农产品质量安全评估方面研究欠缺的现状,引入了我国学术界的新近成果———可拓分析,并基于供应链的视角,对区域农产品指标体系的建立和基于可拓方法的评估作了研究探讨。结合事例全面介绍了如何运用可拓评估方法对区域农产品的质量安全现状进行评估。

According to the lack status of researches on the agro-preduct quality security assessment in China, the latest achievement in Chinese academia, extension analysis, was introduced. From the angle of supply chain, the establishment of the regional agro-product index system and the evaluation based on the extension method were studied and discussed. Taking an example, the regional agro-product quality security assessment by using extension evaluation method were entirely introduced.
