以《农民专业合作社法》为依据,阐述了要深刻领会和掌握农民专业合作社,就必须把握农民专业合作社的民间性、民主性和专业性。
Based on Farmers Specialty Cooperative law, it was expounded that the non-governmental, democratic and professional characteristics of farmer specialty cooperatives must be grasped in order to deeply understand and master the farmer specialty cooperatives.
