摘要
目的观察三乙醇胺乳膏早期治疗烧伤病人的效果。方法选择在本院住院的烧伤病人46例62处创面,其中以浅Ⅱ度烧伤为主的病人25例,以深Ⅱ度烧伤为主的病人21例,两组分别采用三乙醇胺乳膏、凡士林油纱和重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-bFGF)进行治疗,观察创面愈合情况。结果三乙醇胺治疗组与凡士林油沙对照组相比,能明显缩短以浅Ⅱ度烧伤为主病人的创面愈合时间(F=12.31,q=5.24,P<0.01),但与rh-bFGF对照组相比没有明显差别(P>0.05);三乙醇胺治疗组与凡士林油沙对照组及rh-bFGF对照组相比能明显缩短以深Ⅱ度烧伤为主病人的创面愈合时间(F=25.48,q=7.31、3.52,P<0.05)。结论三乙醇胺乳膏早期能加速烧伤创面的愈合。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Trolamine cream for early burn wounds. Methods Forty-six burn patients with 62 wounds were enrolled, of whom, 25 were mainly superficial second-degree burn （group 1） and 21 were deep seconddegree burn （group 2）. The two groups were treated with Trolamine cream, vaseline gauze and recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor（rh-bFGF）, respectively. The healing of raw surface was observed. Results Compared with vaseline, Trolamine cream could markedly shorten the healing time of wounds of group 1 （F=12.31 ,q=5.24,P〈0. 01）, but no difference was noted as compared with rh-bFGF regimen （P〉0. 05）. Compared with vaseline and rh-bFGF, Trolamine cream obviously decreased the healing time of the wound in patients in group 2 （F=25.48;q=7.31,3.52;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trolamine cream can speed up the healing of burn wound in the early stage.
