隔湿剂对玻璃离子水门汀边缘密封性的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF PROTECTIVE AGENTS ON EDGE LEAK TIGHTNESS OF GLASS IONOMER CEMENT

摘要 目的对比凡士林、Cocoabutter、BiscoverTM3种隔湿剂对玻璃离子边缘封闭性能的影响,为临床使用提供指导。方法选择健康离体后牙40颗,备洞后随机分为4组(每组10颗),均使用上海产玻璃离子水门汀充填。隔湿剂组分别用凡士林、Cocobutter及BiscoverTM涂于充填体表面,对照组表面不做任何处理。经冷热交替实验后,记录各组染料渗入窝洞壁与充填体之间的深度,并进行比较。结果涂隔湿剂3组与对照组比较,微渗漏情况明显减少,差异有显著性(F=4.74,q=3.557~4.776,P<0.05)。而涂隔湿剂3组之间的微渗漏情况比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论上述3种隔湿剂均能起到较好的隔湿效果。 Objective To compare the effects of vaseline, cocoa butter and Biscover^TM on edge leak tightness of glass ionomer cements in order to provide information for clinical use of these materials. Methods Forty healthy ex-vivo morsal teeth were equally randomized to four groups after a hole was drilled on them. Each hole was filled with glass ionomer cement, the surface was then coated with vaseline, cocoa butter, and Biscover^TM, respectively, and those without coating served as control group. The depth of dye penetration between the hole wails and obturators after alternate hot and cold test was recorded and compared. Results The groups coated with protective agents presented significantly less microleakage than the control (F=4.74,q=3. 557- 4. 776,P〈0.05), while difference among coated groups was not significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion All the three protective agents tested in this study can produce a good effect on separating moist.
