摘要
目的提高男性性腺功能低下的诊断和治疗水平。方法对3例男性低促性腺激素型性腺功能低下症病人的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果3例病人的性腺发育缓慢或停滞,睾酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平低下;垂体磁共振检查结果无异常;染色体核型无异常。给予人绒毛膜促性腺激素2000U每周2次肌肉注射,口服十一酸睾丸酮治疗,病人性征较前明显且性腺发育。结论早期诊断并及时给予性激素替代治疗,可使低促性腺激素型性腺功能低下症病人恢复性腺功能,部分病人可恢复生育力。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and therapy of gonad hypofunction in the male. Methods A retrospective analysis was clone in three male patients with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Results The patients showed gonad hypoevolutism, low levels of testosterone, folliculin and luteinizing hormone. MRI showed no abnormality. Genetype was normal. Human chorionic gonadotrophin （HCG）, 2 000 U, i.m. twice a week, and oral testosterone undecamoate were administered. The sex characteristics were more obvious and the gonad developed after therapy. Conclusion Early diagnosis and in-time hormone replacement therapy may help this type of patients recover gonad function and partly gain fertility in some of them.
