鼻腔内激光照射配合刺五加治疗偏头痛的效果

THE EFFECT OF INTRANASAL LASER RADIATION COMBINED WITH CIWUJIA I. V. INJECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF MIGRAINE

目的了解鼻腔内激光照射配合刺五加治疗偏头痛的效果。方法应用低能量He-Ne激光鼻腔内照射配合刺五加注射液静脉滴注对23例偏头痛病人进行治疗,低能量He-Ne激光鼻腔内照射每天1次,每次30min;刺五加注射液60mL加入50g/L葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,每天1次,7～10d为一疗程,共治疗1～3疗程。治疗后1个月观察疗效。结果显效13例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为91.3%。结论鼻腔内激光照射配合刺五加注射液静脉滴注治疗偏头痛效果较好。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of intranasal laser radiation combined with Ciwujia injection in treating migraine. Methods Twenty-three patients with migraine were treated with intranasal low-energy He-Ne laser radiation and Ciwujia injection. A 30 min laser radiation together with i.v. injection of Ciwujia （60 mL in 250 mL of 50 g/L glucose） was given once a day. Patients went through 1-3 therapeutic courses, each consisted of 7-10 days. 1-month-follow up was carried out to determine the effects of the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.3% （obvious effective： 13 cases, effective： 8 cases, no effect： 2 cases）. Conclusion Intranasal laser radiation combined with Ciwujia i. v. injection is effective in treating migraine.
