摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)病人18氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET-CT标准摄取值(SUV)与临床病理因素的关系。方法对80例确诊为NSCLC的病人治疗前行18F-FDG PET-CT检查,测得SUV最大值(SUVmax),分析SUVmax与原发肿瘤大小、临床分期、病理学类型及细胞分化程度之间关系。结果肿瘤直径>3cm组和≤3cm组的SUVmax差异有统计学意义(t=4.17,P<0.05),不同临床分期(Ⅰ期与Ⅲa期、Ⅲb~Ⅳ期)SUVmax差异有统计学意义(F=7.05,P<0.01)。SUVmax与原发肿瘤大小及临床分期呈正相关(r=0.658,P<0.01;r=0.286,P<0.05)。结论18F-FDG PET-CT的SUV值随着肿瘤大小和病期的增加呈升高的趋势,而与细胞分化程度和病理学类型无关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between standard uptake value (SUV) of ^18 F-FDG PET-CT and clinical factors of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Eighty patients with confirmed NSCLC underwent whole-body ^18F=FDG PET-CT scan before treatment. The maximal SUV (SUVmax) was obtained and its association with primary tumor size, clinical staging, pathological type, and cell differentiation of NSCLC was analyzed. Results The differences of SUVmax were significant between tumor sizes of 〉3 cm and 43 cm (t=4.17,P〈0.05), and among different clinical stages (stage Ⅰ and stages Ⅲ a and m b-Ⅳ ) (F= 7.05, P〈0. 01). SUVmax showed a positive correlation with the size of primary tumor and clinical staging (r=0. 658,P〈(0.01 ;r=0. 286,P〈0.05). Conclusion The SUV of ^18F-FDG PET-CT tends to rise with the increase of tumor size and stage, but it has nothing to do with cell differentiation and the type of pathology of NSCLC.
