摘要
研究细叶石斛原球茎的褐化抑制和试管苗的生根,实验结果表明活性炭对抑制原球茎的褐化效果比较好,WPM和大量元素减半的MS培养基比较适合细叶石斛的生根,生长调节物质IBA、NAA对细叶石斛生根的影响达到显著水平。
This article mainly studied on browning restraint of protocorm and rooting of test-lube plants. The results showed that activated carbon was more effective to restrain the protocorm from browning . WPM and MS medium ( 1/2 macroelements ) was suitable for rooting. The effects of growth regulators IBA and NAA on rooting reached significant level.
